I love fresh ice cream made the 1950s way. It's better than anything else on the market today, and I know you'll love it as much as I do, but that's just the beginning of what we do here!

Hydroponic Veggies and Fruits

Produce grown hydroponically can be given precisely controlled nutrients, with eye-popping results! The strawberries in our ice cream will never be found growing in soil, it takes carefully controlled conditions unavailable in a farm field to produce these fabulous tasty strawberries that make our strawberry ice cream the best you've ever tasted.

We also grow leaf lettuce in February, and tomato plants that thrive year round giving incredible fruit. Cucumbers, broccoli, egg plant and many herbs are all grown indoors under carefully controlled conditions and completely without the need for harmful pesticides.

Poultry, Eggs and Pork

The animals we raise for food are housed humanely, and cared for in an ethical manner by professional husbandmen working within our strict policies and guidelines. Since our animals are not stuffed into small spaces and confined in close quarters, there is no need for the administration of antibiotics in animal feed. We never use growth hormones. Our creatures are fed fresh, wholesome corn and soybeans with only enough vitamin and mineral additives to keep them healthy. You can buy with confidence. My own family eats what we raise here. My own family lives here. The public is always welcome to visit and take a tour. Unlike huge corporate agribusiness, we have nothing to hide.
